SANTA CRUZ COUNTY — November 4, 2026. Three Pajaro Valley Unified School District trustee-area races show different early leaders, according to the Santa Cruz County November 4 unofficial report.

Results by candidate

In Area 1, Andrew Goldenkranz has 2,020 votes (43.34%), followed by Meilin Obinata with 1,624 (34.84%) and Robin Sukow with 995 (21.35%). In Area 4, Eriberto Estrada IV leads Daniel Dodge Jr. 1,063 (67.66%) to 501 (31.89%). In Area 5, Alicia G. Jiménez leads with 1,386 votes (79.88%), followed by Jennifer Schacher with 219 (12.62%) and Curt S. Wilcox with 106 (6.11%).

About the vote and what comes next

Each trustee area selects a separate representative, so the numbers must not be pooled. Trustee Area 7 is another race that California58 is covering separately because the early margin between Misty Navarro and Mads Stockwell Realmuto is just 44 votes. These numbers are the Santa Cruz County report, and election officials will count further eligible ballots before certification.
