The project combines practical California Life guides, all 58 counties, cities and communities, travel and places, business and investment information, government and civic resources, history, culture, data and original reporting.
How California58 works
California58 starts with authoritative public sources, then adds original explanation, context, navigation and relationships between places, services and stories. Official actions stay with the responsible government agency. Affiliated commercial services are clearly labeled and separated from editorial information.
