The health department lists both English- and Spanish-language announcements about the relocation on its News & Media page. Because temporary arrangements can change as work progresses, patients should refer to the county’s current notice or contact the clinic before leaving home rather than depend on an outdated address in social-media posts.

Patients should also verify whether their planned service requires an appointment, whether records will be available at the temporary site and whether transportation is needed. A relocation announcement does not mean the clinic has permanently closed.
