PALM SPRINGS, Riverside County — October 27, 2026. The signature public event of Greater Palm Springs Pride’s 40th anniversary year is planned for Sunday, November 8, 2026, when the free Pride Parade steps off at 10 a.m.

Where is the parade route?

The event organizer identifies the start near Tachevah Road and North Palm Canyon Drive in the Uptown Design District. The parade then proceeds south along Palm Canyon Drive, ending near Amado Road at the Pride Festival. Organizers estimate approximately two hours for the procession, although travel conditions and program changes could affect timing.

Who are the announced grand marshals?

The published 2026 parade page identifies Fortune Feimster as National Grand Marshal and Cheyenne Jackson as Celebrity Grand Marshal, among additional honorees. The list of participants is supplied by the event organizers; appearances remain subject to changes in the final program.

Is there a fee to attend?

The Pride organization says the parade and public festival are free, supported in part by donations and sponsors. Private parties, reserved venue areas and other commercial experiences can have separate charges. Public festival entertainment and marketplace hours on November 8 are separately advertised, so visitors should not confuse the morning parade time with the entire day’s schedule.

Where can visitors park?

Downtown parking will be in demand. The organizer’s transport guidance recommends arriving early and considering parking away from Palm Canyon Drive. Some downtown garage options have time limits. Because roads along the parade corridor can close to vehicle traffic, drivers should check the newest event map and city detours before departing.
