Livestream and hybrid event services

Depending on technical requirements and confirmed crew availability, we can propose camera operation, event audio coordination, live graphics, slide integration, streaming workflows, remote presenters and a backup local recording. Every venue is assessed for internet bandwidth, power, available audiovisual feeds and rights clearance. Multicamera engineering and large AV systems require qualified crews, equipment and a written scope; we do not promise them sight unseen.

Conference and public meeting recording

Possible deliverables include an entire session recording, individual keynote videos, moderated panel recordings, speaker interviews, event recap videos, audience photographs, vertical social clips, captions, transcripts and web-ready digital archives.

What determines price?

Filming hours, camera count, venue complexity, audio and internet requirements, travel, technical rehearsal, captioning, editing deliverables, crew size, deadlines and licensing. A one-person recorded interview is not priced like a multicamera livestream. We quote based on the specific job.
